⚖️ Where the $27 Course and Category Collections Fit
A single Course ($27) and a Category Collection ($895) carry exactly the same use rights as the Mega Pass. The difference isn't what you can do with them - it's how long you have them.
Things you own: a Course and a Category Collection are one-time purchases. They don't expire and don't require an active enrollment.
Things you access: the Mega Pass is a 12-month enrollment. Your access to the library, the live classes, the Build With Me Lab, and the Fall, Winter, and Spring season collections continues while your enrollment is current and ends when it isn't. Courses and Collections you purchased separately are not affected.
None of these three include resale or distribution rights. Those come only with VIP Vault Access.

- ✗You may not use the Course 27 name or brand on your version of the content

The simple version: you may teach from the materials - you may not give them away. If you're wondering whether something is allowed, ask whether the files themselves left your hands. That's the line.

🏆 Private Label Rights - Know Your License
PLR rights are included with every Course 27 product - but the scope of those rights depends on which license you hold. The core distinction is private, ecosystem-only use (Course, Category Collection, and Mega Pass) versus public reseller rights (VIP Vault Access). Read this carefully so you know exactly what you can and cannot do.
Course, Category Collection, and Mega Pass PLR - Private, Ecosystem-Only Use
- ✓Brand and present courses under your own business name

- ✓Use course materials for lead magnets and gated content you control
- ✓Add your logo, colors, and branding to reference guides, workbooks, and materials
- ✗These licenses do not include the right to sell or resell courses publicly - courses are for private use within your own business ecosystem only
- ✗You may not pass PLR rights or any resell rights to your customers
- ✗You may not offer master resell rights or sub-license the content to others
- ✗Mega Pass access ends if your enrollment lapses. Courses and Category Collections you purchased separately remain yours permanently
VIP Vault Access PLR - Includes Public Reseller Rights

License Rule 3 · Updated August 2026
🎬 Video Asset Licensing
As of June 2026, Course 27 no longer sources footage from Storyblocks or any other stock library - all footage inside our courses is our own original content. HighLevel Software Training courses use screen recordings, original video, and our own animation and annotation to illustrate software features. Business Growth courses use presentation-style recordings with our own presentation graphics. Some design elements are produced with the assistance of AI tools - where AI-generated design appears in a course, the course will note it. All video and course content inside Course 27 products is produced by and licensed to Course 27.

- ✗You may not extract b-roll, images, animations, motion graphics, or audio clips from any Course 27 video for use outside that video - this applies to all Course 27 video content
- ✗You may not resell or redistribute video assets as standalone media files
- ✗You may not upload individual video assets to stock media sites or asset marketplaces
- ✗You may not claim ownership of Course 27 video content - it remains licensed to Course 27
Course content produced before June 2026 may still include limited third-party royalty-free b-roll, which remains subject to the original creator's license. Courses produced from June 2026 forward use only original Course 27 footage, animation, and presentation graphics. The same rule applies either way: don't extract b-roll or media from Course 27 videos - if you want media for your own projects, add or replace it with your own.
License Rule 4 · VIP Vault Access Only
👑 Grant of Resell Rights and Reseller Obligations
This rule applies only to VIP Vault Access license holders who resell Course 27 courses publicly. Course, Category Collection, Mega Pass, and Branded Edition licenses do not include resell rights - see License Rule 2 above.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Course 27 ("the Author") grants the VIP Vault Access holder ("the Buyer") a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to resell the final, rendered video course ("the Product") to end-users, for as long as the Buyer's license remains current.
Rebranding Is Required, Not Optional
Before any public sale, listing, or distribution, you must replace, at minimum:
- ✓The course name and title
- ✓All course covers, thumbnails, and promotional artwork
- ✓Any Course 27 logos, branding, or identifying graphics appearing in the materials
- ✗You may not sell, list, advertise, or publicly distribute Course 27 material under the Course 27 name, in its original branded form, or in any way that presents it as a Course 27 product
This protects both of us. You build equity in your own brand, and Course 27 material isn't being sold publicly by several different people under the same name.
Original Assets and No Extraction
- ✓All presentations, animations, graphics, and on-screen elements in Course 27 videos are produced by Course 27 - nothing you resell is riding on a third party's license
- ✗You may not extract, rip, separate, isolate, screen-capture, green-screen, or download any individual footage, audio, music, graphics, animation, or imagery from a Course 27 video for standalone use, repurposing, or distribution
- ✗The license covers the finished video as a whole - not its component parts
Third-Party Design Content
- ✗Where materials are delivered as Canva templates, any third-party stock content inside those templates is licensed through your own Canva account under Canva's Content License Agreement - not through this license
- ✗The resale rights granted here extend to Course 27 original content only and do not sublicense any third-party stock content to you or to your clients
- ✓You are responsible for making sure anything you distribute complies with the terms of the underlying content provider
Source Files
- ✓This agreement grants rights to the flattened, final video file (for example, MP4 format)
- ✗Source project files, raw recordings, editable animation files, and asset folders are never provided and are not permitted for resale
If Your License Lapses
- ✗Access to the Vault, to updates, and to new releases ends immediately
- ✓Files you already downloaded may be kept, and may continue to be used to serve clients you enrolled while your license was active - nothing you've already delivered goes dark
- ✗The right to sell, license, distribute, or enroll new clients ends on your lapse date, and resumes only when you reinstate
- ✓To keep permanent access to a category for your own business use after a lapse, purchase that Category Collection - note that Category Collections do not include resale rights
These restrictions apply specifically to reselling activity under VIP Vault Access. See License Rule 3 above for the general video asset licensing rules that apply to every Course 27 license.
License Rule 5
🎥 B-Roll and Stock Media for Your Own Projects
If you want to add b-roll, stock footage, or images to your own video projects, you must source and license your own media. Here are approved sources you can use:

- ✓Your own photos and images
- ✓Adobe Firefly generated images and videos - subject to Adobe terms
- ✓Descript stock media used within Descript projects - subject to Descript licensing terms
- ✓Camtasia royalty-free assets included with your Camtasia subscription
- ✓Any licensed stock footage you purchase directly

This list is for sourcing media for your own video projects - separate from what's used inside Course 27 courses. As of June 2026, Course 27 no longer uses Storyblocks internally; all footage in our courses is our own original content. Some free libraries require a free account to confirm your coverage before downloading. Always review the terms of each platform before using media in your own projects.

🔒 Single-User License and Editable Files
- ✗Your license is for your own business use only - you may not sell, give away, or transfer your license to any other person or business
- ✗You may not share your license or access with other coaches, consultants, trainers, or marketers outside your own team
- ✗You may not sell or share the editable source files - Canva templates, workbooks, reference guides - outside your own team
- ✗You may not add Course 27 content to PLR, resell rights, or master resell rights stores or membership sites

Canva Templates
- ✓Editable materials are delivered as Canva template links. Accessing and editing them requires your own Canva account

- ✗Any third-party stock content inside a Canva template is governed by your own Canva Content License Agreement, not by your Course 27 license. Course 27 grants you rights to our original content only
